I painted Water's Edge at an incredibly intense period in July and August 2017, during which our family celebrated two wonderful weddings one on July 22nd in Quebec and one in North Vancouver on August 19th, and grieved the simultaneous transition of our mother Simone to her next adventure in consciousness on August 18th in Calgary.
